The project-enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store that form information in a website database. Information you choose to send by email is used to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested work, prepare proposals where appropriate and manage the resulting business relationship.

Sharing and retention

Enquiry information may be accessed by Incharge personnel or service providers who need it to handle the enquiry or resulting work. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably required for those purposes, contractual or record-keeping obligations, and legitimate business administration.

Links to maps, WhatsApp, manufacturer websites and other external services are governed by those providers' privacy practices. This website does not currently enable advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
